Hybrid events unite two very distinct but ultimately integrated audiences. The first are found in traditional locations such as a hotel, auditorium or conference center whilst the second group of attendees are in a different geographic location and they participate by connecting online. Just like the people physically present in Rome would participate and meet in person, an effective hybrid event also enables for the remote attendees to contribute and engage in a seamless and engaging fashion.

CP Centro Pilota will survey the event location and integrate what is needed with its own audio visual equipment. To streamline budgets, it is not always necessary to provide a full-service package. Our hands-on knowledge of over 90 venues in Rome allows for an easy and time efficient setup of all conference and event hybrid technical needs.

In the case of hybrid international multilingual events, simultaneous interpretation can be provided on site with traditional booths, or the interpreters can come to our offices in Rome to use our Interpretation Hub. The simultaneously translated languages are then pushed to the videoconference platform and streaming platforms, and also to the participants at the conference venue in Rome.
