CP Centro Pilota of Rome can provide overflow services (in the form of audio and video feeds) for events where the expected audience exceeds the capacity of the meeting room.  For example, we can capture the audio and video from the plenary room and send it to an auxiliary room. This can be done via hard wired cabling or via streaming or video conferencing services.

Normally, the overflow is one directional. That is, the audio and video can go from the plenary hall where the event is taking place to the overflow room, however, the audience at the overflow venue cannot communicate with the event venue. Were this necessary, we can arrange for a hybrid event setup so that the communication is two-way.
